Architect - Building Consultancy - Hemel Hempstead - Contract

• ARB registered Part 3 Architect.
• 5 years experience post Part 3.
• Project running capability.
• Experienced Revit user.
• Immediate start (6 month initial period with likely 1 year duration with possibility to extend).
• Minimum 3 days in Hemel Office with possible 2 days remote working.
• Knowledge of thermal performance would be an advantage.

Architects role:
• To be project point for Client (4 no live projects)
• To develop design details for new project – RIBA stage 3/4
• To resolve contractors Requests for Information and overcome buildability issues.
• To produce Revit details to overcome technical issues and to oversee and assist CAD production staff with detailing.
• To learn BuildDesk U and undertake thermal calculations.
