Anderselite are partnering with a South Manchester based architectural practice who are looking for a Newly Qualified Architect to join their team. This role involves working on a range of building types that require both innovative design and practical functionality. As an Architect within this team, you will contribute to projects that are crucial to community safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design architectural plans for various projects.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to create bespoke solutions that meet operational needs and compliance standards.
• Integrate sustainable practices and advanced technologies into your designs.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality, ensuring successful delivery from concept through to completion.
• Conduct site visits and manage construction processes to ensure adherence to architectural plans and standards.

Requirements:

• RIBA Part 3 qualified.
• Revit proficient.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, functional designs.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming design challenges.
