Key Responsibilities:
- Site visits across multiple locations to oversee and assess project requirements.
- Managing the full cycle of planning applications and building regulations to ensure compliance and smooth project progression.
- Supporting the preparation of tender packages and assisting with contract administration, with training available for those seeking to develop skills in these areas.
- Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in architectural technology, ideally within residential or home adaptation projects.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and planning procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
