Anderselite are currently recruiting for an Assistant Facilities Manager for a permanent opportunity with a leading property management and real estate services firm based in Sheffield.

 We are looking for someone who in a management capacity, will be able to assist in the delivery of a legally compliant, safe, customer focused environment providing agreed levels of service

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage helpdesk operations and work orders.
  • Resolve complaints swiftly and effectively.
  • Ensure legal compliance with inspections and repairs.
  • Handle construction and design management in line with CDM regulations.
  • Review and manage facilities management fees and budgets.
  • Enhance occupier and client experiences with excellent service.
  • Conduct health and safety risk assessments.
  • Support HR procedures and team welfare.
  • Assist with insurance claims and lease requirements.
  • Maintain regular property inspections and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Facilities Management.
  • Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills.
  • IT proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • IOSH

Location: On-site, Monday to Friday
