Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Civils

Salary: Up to £35,000 (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing contracts, cost reports, and valuations.
Support the Quantity Surveyor with cost forecasting and budget management.
Monitor and report on project progress and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with NEC3/4 contracts and other contractual requirements.
Collaborate with project teams to deliver successful outcomes.


What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in quantity surveying, ideally within civil engineering.
Basic knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and develop.
