We are recruiting for a leading real estate services firm seeking an Associate Property Manager to manage one or more national or local accounts. This role is critical in overseeing portfolios to align with both client and company objectives.

 As the primary point of contact for clients, you will ensure clear and consistent communication and support the integration of our service platform. Strong financial management skills are essential to maintain sound and consistent accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead market operations and implement business strategies.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication and relationships with clients.
  • Provide proactive customer service and address performance issues promptly.
  • Regularly interact with tenants to resolve operational concerns.
  • Coordinate reports, budgets, and documents per client agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with budgets, property taxes, and insurance requirements.
  • Manage billing processes and efficiently monitor cash flow.
  • Oversee construction projects and approve related documentation.
  • Facilitate staff development, succession planning, and conduct annual performance evaluations.
  • Analyze staffing needs and oversee training and career development initiatives.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in real estate property management or a related field.
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience.
  • CPM and/or RPA or comparable experience in a senior leadership role.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Real Estate License.
  • Active involvement in industry-related organizations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
