On behalf of a leading real estate services firm, we are seeking an experienced Bid Executive for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in producing quality pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs) and tender submissions, ensuring all aspects are meticulously prepared, coordinated, and compliant with tender requirements. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate with strong project management skills, who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid Management: Plan, manage, and complete allocated sections of bid and pitch submissions.
  • Process Coordination: Project manage bid and pitch processes, coordinating responses and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to gather necessary information.
  • Document Preparation: Develop and edit high-quality proposals, presentations, and capability documents tailored to client specifications.
  • Content Customization: Tailor boilerplate content to align with client needs and bid requirements.
  • Design Coordination: Work on document design and layout to ensure a polished, professional finish.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain submission records and update the reference library for efficient content access.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Professional Background: Minimum of 3 years in a bidding or pitching role; experience in professional services or property industry preferred.
  • Project Experience: Proven track record managing bids with revenue over £100k or construction values of £5m+.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; knowledge of another language (German, French, or Dutch) is a plus.
  • Educational Background: Degree in a relevant field is desirable.

Skills & Personal Qualities:

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Adobe Design experience is an advantage.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to documentation with an eye for detail.
  • Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Team-Oriented: Comfortable managing diverse teams across multiple locations, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
