Anderselite, in collaboration with a leading main contractor, is seeking a skilled and motivated BIM Specialist (Digital Engineering Modeller) to join our dynamic team in Cheshire West. As a BIM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality 3D and 4D models that meet the needs and standards of our clients. This position sits within the internal Pre-Construction team and is pivotal in creating complex models to support bids and tenders.
Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality 3D and 4D models to support bids and tenders.
• Provide BIM delivery support for tenders and project teams.
• Utilise visual imagery using various software platforms to enhance model presentations.
• Demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach in model creation and timeline management.
• Interpret client needs and requirements to create accurate and timely models.
• Create, modify, and review multi-discipline BIM models using suitable authoring and checking tools.
• Apply strong understanding of 4D modelling and sequencing principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery.
Requirements:
• Experience in digital engineering modelling and visual imagery using various software platforms.
• Ability to learn new software platforms, as training will be provided.
• Initiative and proactive approach in aspects of model creation and timeline management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelors degree in an architectural or engineering field.
• Understanding of 4D modelling and sequencing principles.
Essential software knowledge:
• 3Ds Max
• After Effects
Desirable software knowledge:
• V-RAY
• Synchro 4D
• Revit
• 3D Rendering software (any)
Remuneration:
