Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair commercial heating systems, including boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, and associated components.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
• Diagnose heating system issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions.
• Complete system upgrades and retrofits to enhance energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all work performed.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and equipment documentation.
• Interact professionally with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their heating needs.
• Stay updated on industry developments and new technologies to remain at the forefront of the field.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Commercial Heating Engineer or HVAC technician.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC or heating systems (e.g., Gas Safe certification).
• Strong knowledge of commercial heating systems, controls, and components.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's licence.
