Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager looking for your next challenge? Our client, a reputable construction firm based in Wakefield, is seeking a dynamic and skilled Project Manager to join their team. If you have a proven track record as a main contractor and experience in restoration projects, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, define scope, and establish objectives to ensure successful project execution.
- Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are controlled.
- Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources to optimize project performance and ensure timely delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality across all project phases, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
- Communication: Foster effective communication among stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to ensure project alignment and progress.
- Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations and administration, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
- Safety Management: Implement and uphold stringent safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all project participants.
- Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
What We Need From You:

Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably with a main contractor background.
Restoration project experience is a distinct advantage.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Solid understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and legal regulations.
