Anderselite are currently recruiting for Data Coordinator with utility usage analysis experience to join their dynamic team for a 6 months FTC opportunity with a leading property management and real estate services firm based in London.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, monitor, and record data from Building Management Systems.
  • Provide quarterly updates on key performance metrics and assist with KPI production.
  • Support ESG, Property Management, and Facility Management teams with accurate reporting.
  • Lead and complete data quality audits and reconciliation exercises.
  • Manage utility data and site intelligence, providing reports to the client's M&T consultant.
  • Develop and maintain data management processes with the client’s utility M&T provider.
  • Engage positively with clients to meet their expectations.
  • Perform additional duties to ensure data quality across the business.

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data visualization.
  • Methodical approach to information gathering and data analysis.
  • Experience in performance measurement reporting.
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
  • Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, and online data management platforms is beneficial.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a sustainability-related role.
