Anderselite are currently recruiting for Data Coordinator with utility usage analysis experience to join their dynamic team for a 6 months FTC opportunity with a leading property management and real estate services firm based in London.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, monitor, and record data from Building Management Systems.
- Provide quarterly updates on key performance metrics and assist with KPI production.
- Support ESG, Property Management, and Facility Management teams with accurate reporting.
- Lead and complete data quality audits and reconciliation exercises.
- Manage utility data and site intelligence, providing reports to the client's M&T consultant.
- Develop and maintain data management processes with the client’s utility M&T provider.
- Engage positively with clients to meet their expectations.
- Perform additional duties to ensure data quality across the business.
Requirements:
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data visualization.
- Methodical approach to information gathering and data analysis.
- Experience in performance measurement reporting.
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, and online data management platforms is beneficial.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a sustainability-related role.
