Electrical Package Manager (site based) 

  • Preferred if he is an electrical design engineer who is interested in switching to Project Engineer (Electrical Biased)
  • Ability to lead the electrical packages procurement, review of designs, drafting subcontracts, managing subcontractors, managing programmes, etc.
  • A team player and someone who wants to progress into a senior project engineer in the coming years
  • Can do attitude
  • Produce Outline and Detailed Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation Designs which are cost effective and meet the requirements of the client’s specifications, and which can be purchased, installed and commissioned effectivel
  • Production and Checking of all design deliverables including Specifications, Schedules, Drawings and Calculation
  • Ensure designs are completed in accordance with CDM Regulations
  • Ensure that standard designs and design practices are utilised wherever possible
  • Delivering the design stage outputs of each project within the agreed timescale and budget
  • Coordinating design outputs across all technical disciplines
  • Preparing monthly project status reports
  • Establish working relationships with construction staff and supply chain representatives to promote buildability and supply chain efficiency in design outputs                                                 

About The Candidate

Essential 

  • Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Chartered or near chartered in a construction discipline as appropriate to grade
  • Experience in the Water treatment Industry
  • Working knowledge of CDM and construction Health & Safety
