Anderselite is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fleet Operations Administrator to join our client’s dedicated Deliveries team. In this role, you’ll be the vital link between the fleet team and their customers, supporting smooth vehicle management for both new and existing employees. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate vehicle onboarding arrangements for new employees.
- Manage long-term commercial vehicle orders and maintain supplier relationships.
- Oversee van conversions to ensure timely deliveries.
- Assist with Car Benefit Scheme inquiries.
- Support the Fleet Helpdesk with general inquiries and administrative tasks.
**What You’ll Bring:**
- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
- Strong team player with a proactive approach.
- Experience in Fleet Management or Vehicle Rental.
- Familiarity with the Key2 vehicle management system is a plus, but training is available.
