Our client is a National Real Estate provider, having had a presence within the UK property market for over 150 years as well as having a Global presence, they have offices throughout all the major cities across the UK.

Due to an increase in their current work load they are currently looking for a Graduate or Intermediate Building Surveyor to join their current team based in Leeds.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and delivering both professional and project management services to their varied client base.

Responsibilities:

• Taking and being responsible for instructions, from inception through to completion, reporting to a director
• Working as part of a regional and national team for the delivery of instructions, primarily to our corporate accounts
• Supporting Directors and Senior Surveyors with their current workload

Qualifications:

• Degree in Building Surveying
• Full clean driving licence

This role would suit a candidate who has recently Graduated and has gained a minimum of a years’ experience in industry as part of a sandwich year placement.

This role would also suit a Building Surveyor who has gained a number of years experience and looking to gain their Chartership and carve out a career path.
