Our client, a multi disciplinary Construction Company is seeking to employ a Head Of Fleet to be based in their Head office managing a team of fleet staff.

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of the fleet, maintenance, servicing, MOTs etc as well as ensuring all vehicles are still fit for purpose and meet the standards required to undertake the work involved and also to get involved in strategic planning, cost management and cost saving.

As the Head Of Fleet you will be required to develop and implement a comprehensive fleet management strategy ensuring that efficiencies and savings are made. Along with this you will manage vehicle and equipment procurement, leasing, disposal and ensuring that the fleet runs to maximum efficiency and with minimum downtime on vehicles.

We are seeking an individual with a considerable background and understanding of fleet management and that is able to make change to process and source efficiencies/cost savings. You will be fully aware of industry standards and compliance, be a strong leader and communicator and be commercially focussed.
