Joiner Wanted - Modular Construction Specialist
Location: Gateshead

My client is seeking skilled joiners to join their innovative modular build company. Experience in modular construction is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities:

Fabricate and assemble wooden components for modular units
Install fixtures, fittings, and finishes to high standards
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Ensure quality control and adherence to building regulations

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent
Proven experience as a joiner, preferably in modular construction
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
