About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant or Junior Architectural Technologist to join a growing architectural team in Birmingham. The role offers the chance to be part of a significant expansion and development initiative within the Birmingham office.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting projects across the planning, technical, and construction stages, contributing to high-quality architectural outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of drawings, specifications, and documentation for projects at various stages.
  • Collaborate with the wider design team to deliver innovative and practical solutions.
  • Use Revit to create, amend, and manage project models and drawings.
  • Work on a range of project types, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with industry standards.
  • Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.


Requirements:

  • Ideally, 6-12 months of professional experience in an architectural or design environment.
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential.
  • A strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and technical detailing.
  • A degree in architecture (Part 2) or a qualification in architectural technology.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and development.
