M&E Quantity Surveyor required to assist a retail sector fitout contractor.

We are looking for a QS with experience with M&E projects and systems. Dealing with projects ranging in value from 10's of thousands to £1million.

The Role:
Dealing with Cost estimation, Contracts Management and Cost control
Site visits to familiarise with the project at hand/
Developing cost plans and being a point of contact for site/project teams
Deal with Subcontractor costings and inquiries
Acting on multiple projects
Involvement in change and review sessions to streamline process and promote improvements.

The position is offered on a full time, permanent basis.
