My client is a leading provider of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) solutions for high-rise and low rise residential developments across the UK.

They are seeking an experienced Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Quantity Surveyor to join their team for a site-based role in Manchester city centre. This position focuses on the delivery of projects with MEP values ranging from £12m to £26m, where the projects are already secured.

The role is primarily delivery-focused with an emphasis on ensuring efficient project execution and issue resolution. Candidates with experience working for an MEP contractor or possessing an MEP background are encouraged to apply.
