Anderselite are currently recruiting for Mechanical and Electrical Project Engineer to join our client’s Leeds based office working on numerous M&E projects, valued up to £10 million (MEP) across various sectors. This position is available for Permanent and Freelance Staff.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance
Freelance Day Rate: £300 - £400

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Procurement of plant and materials in line with specification, drawings, and cost plan.
• Preparing and monitoring of contract programmes and progress reports.
• Attending progress and design team meetings.
• Oversee commissioning process and handover to client.
• Preparing cost forecast and recording/costing of variations.
• Overseeing of pre-construction design.
• Checking of design drawings and value engineering where possible.
• Procuring and managing of subcontractors.

Requirements:
• Experience in the M&E sector to Project Engineer or Project Management level
• Ability to create programmes
• HNC/HND advantageous.
• SMSTS or equivalent.
