We are collaborating with a multi-disciplinary client working on a high-profile government framework project. They are looking for two mid-level interior designers or architects with experience in interiors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to 10 key fit-out projects within a long-term, 6-year framework. The initial contract is for 6 months, with a strong likelihood of extension due to the ongoing nature of the work.

Rate: £35 - £45 per hour (via Umbrella) with a 6% markup

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and present design concepts for review and discussion.
Integrate design elements with architectural requirements.
Manage sensitive and confidential information professionally.
Collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
Adapt to new working methods and demonstrate a commitment to lifelong learning.
Take initiative and demonstrate a proactive approach in response to direction.
Manage and prioritise tasks efficiently, balancing multiple responsibilities.

Skills, Attributes & Qualifications:
Industry-recognised diploma or degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.
Proficiency in REVIT with hands-on experience in RIBA Stages 1-3.
Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using various media for design development and documentation.
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to take initiative.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
Flexible, open-minded attitude toward new ways of working.
Understanding of the designer’s role in coordinating and managing project information.
