Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces of social housing properties.

Ensure all work meets high standards of quality and safety.

Communicate effectively with tenants and colleagues.

Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Follow all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Qualified Painter with relevant certifications.

Experience in social housing painting and decorating.

Driver’s license.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
