Long-term contract opportunity for a Project Engineering Manager

Our leading multi-disciplinary client is seeking additional support on a decommissioning program in the North West. This role primarily involves managing refurbishment projects on a large site, with budgets up to £5m, and includes some new build projects such as a new change facility. This is a long-term contract role, offering up to 3 years of work, ideal for a technician or engineer with a specialised technical background.

Requirements:
- Architectural Technician / Engineer background with relevant qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and some knowledge of Revit
- Experience in highly technical sectors such as petrochemical, nuclear, industrial, hospital or laboratories
- Based in North West England
- Sole British passport holder
- Adaptability to learn and follow numerous procedures

Responsibilities:
- Project manage technical refurbishments and new builds of various on-site buildings
- Create, manage, and maintain detailed AutoCAD and Revit models, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct site visits and oversee general project execution
