Our client is an industry leader in program management and construction management services for large capital programs and oversee activities ranging the full life-cycle of a project. Their current project management team serves both private and public clients in a wide range of sectors. Due to an increase in their current work load they are looking for a Project Manager to join their existing team in Leeds.

Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of the project
• Proactively engaging with the client, construction and design team to drive the project forward.
• Preparation of accurate reports
• When managing the contract, engage with the construction and design teams

Qualifications/Experience:

• Ability to produce formal reports and documents which clearly set out complex issues and recommendations
• Ideally experience working for a Consultancy, Developer or in a client facing role
• Experience in setting up and implementing robust Project Management processes
• Demonstrate financial acumen relating to viability and cashflows

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team that is looking for a Project Manager to supplement their current team.

Our client is also willing to consider applications from Assistant Project Managers as long as you have gained some experience working for another consultancy.
