Job Title: Project Manager - Modular Healthcare Construction
Location: North West, with projects across England (London to North West)
Rate: £350-£400 per day (depending on experience)

Our client, a leading modular construction company specialising in healthcare projects, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead innovative building solutions in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple modular construction projects from inception to completion
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Ensure project delivery meets quality standards and client expectations
Identify and mitigate project risks
Implement and maintain project management best practices

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in modular construction
Strong understanding of the construction industry, particularly in healthcare
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in project management software and methodologies
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Desirable Experience:

Healthcare sector construction experience
Tier 1 contractor experience
