Project Manager – Healthcare
Location: Liverpool
Type: Permanent
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum plus package

A Tier 1 main contractor is seeking a technically minded Project Manager to join permanently and undertake a pivotal role in ensuring project deliverability. You will be overseeing a technically demanding and exciting healthcare project ensuring several facets such as customer relations, health and safety, quality assurance, program adherence, and the cost-efficiency of operations.
As you will have overall responsibility of the onsite management team, the perfect candidate will possess strong leadership and management experience evidenced by reliable references.

Responsibilities:
• Implementing the companys Business Management System and ensuring the maintenance of a seamless flow of information.
• Develop and maintain a good relationship with relevant departments and technical advisors
• Producing and delivering regular reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring project work compliance with contract specifications, drawings, and maintaining appropriate records to confirm such compliance.
• Managing line responsibilities, including conducting annual appraisals and development for junior staff members.
• Work closely with onsite management team
• Providing dynamic leadership and fostering a culture of energy and commitment.
• Proactively identifying and resolving challenges that may arise during project execution.
• Implementing and upholding the Companys Policies for Sustainability, Health and Safety, Quality, Environmental considerations, Training, and Development.
• Serving as an exemplar of the Companys culture and values.

Requirements:
• Degree qualified or equivalent in a Construction-related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager working on projects more than £5m
• Comprehensive understanding of different contracts (e.g., NEC, JCT).
• Valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS
• Through understanding and implementation of Building regulations
• Excellent commercial awareness and ability to manage project budgets.
