Job Title: Project Manager – Listed Buildings (M&E Bias)
Location: Manchester
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum plus full package (negotiable subject to experience)

A Tier 1 main contractor is seeking an accomplished Project Manager with experience working on Listed Buildings to join their team permanently working out of the Manchester office with regular visits to project site in Oldham.
This role entails a balanced blend of on-site and office responsibilities, necessitating regular travel to site and office. This is compensated in the form a company or car allowance. You will be working on a Grade II listed Library, restoring, and bringing back the building to public use.

Responsibilities:
• Take lead on all engineering services in line with company policy and Process document.
• Liaise with clients to take a full scope of works and ensure their needs are met throughout the project.
• Manage the project budget, project team, project schedule, and quality.
• Coordinate with key suppliers and sub-contractors to deliver completed schemes on time and within budget.
• Ensure all engineering services are completed to a high standard and in accordance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress and safety.
Requirements:
• HNC Building services or ONC Building Services
• Proven experience as a Project Manager working on projects in excess of £2m
• Previous experience working on significant healthcare projects
• Be mechanically biased with a passion for HVAC
• Excellent commercial awareness and ability to manage project budgets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders at all levels
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid CSCS Card
