Property Manager

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 per annum plus package (bonus, mileage & more)

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of both residential properties across Manchester. Key Responsibilities:
• Setting and adjusting rental rates to maximize revenue.
• Working closely with the Maintenance Manager to maintain properties to the highest standards.
• Resolving tenant issues swiftly and professionally.
• Managing tenant screenings, property viewings, lease agreements, and negotiations.
• Marketing available units and filling vacancies efficiently.
• Conducting regular property inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Ensuring all properties meet legal requirements.
• Overseeing utility and service contracts to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Providing administrative support to Directors and Management on various tasks.
• Contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in property management or as a property agent.
• Strong knowledge of letting processes is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
• A valid driving licence is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen attention to detail and a passion for delivering high levels of customer service.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with exceptional organisational skills.
