Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

Reporting to the Commercial Manager.

• Review commercial terms of sub-contract and advise, liaise with clients and Contracts Managers
• Review Tender rates, identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly applications and valuations.
• Knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of contract
• Assist with the monthly preparation of the Profit and Loss accounts.
• Assist in credit control and dispute resolution.
• Attend prestart meetings and internal handovers.
