Role: RC Detailer Structural CAD Technician

I am currently working with a multidisciplinary consulting firm noted for their award-winning work in the construction field, covering the expansive sectors of civil, structural, geotechnical, and geo-environmental engineering. They are currently looking for a talented RC detailer to support their structural engineers in Sheffield on a range of projects, including housing, commercial, and industrial.

You will be more than just a number there my client knows that to grow their company, they must first nurture their employees and endeavour to give each of their engineers vast project exposure. You will be given the chance to work with a variety of clients, contractors, architects, and engineers, broadening your industry knowledge and practical experience.

You will be responsible for:
• RC detailing on several projects that range from single-family houses to multi-story steel, concrete, and timber structures.
• Mentoring and supporting trainee technicians.
• Working in a multidisciplinary team to produce high-quality drawings and plans within the allocated timeframe.

Your qualifications and skillset will include:
• AutoCAD proficient and working knowledge, or above, of RC CAD and REVIT.
• Ideally, hold Level 3 to 6 qualifications, such as ONC, HNC, and HND, alongside practical professional experience.
