Anderselite are partnering with a Wrexham based architectural practice who are looking for a project running Revit Architectural Technician to join their team. This role involves working on a range of building types – such as healthcare, commercial, conservation and residential - that require both innovative design and practical functionality. As a medium sized practice, they promote a flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design architectural plans for various projects.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to create bespoke solutions that meet operational needs and compliance standards.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality, ensuring successful delivery from concept through to completion.
• Conduct site visits and manage construction processes to ensure adherence to architectural plans and standards.

Requirements:

• Architectural technology or equivalent degree.
• Revit proficient.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, functional designs.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming design challenges.
