An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident, well-organised, and committed Senior Architectural Technologist to join a growing team within a well-established architectural practice. Key Responsibilities
- Produce a variety of working drawing packages.
- Contribute to planning applications and other regulatory procedures.
- Lead the detailed design process and coordinate design information.
- Liaise with planning authorities and building inspectors for statutory approvals.
- Conduct design-stage risk assessments.
- Administer contracts and project certifications.
- Evaluate building performance and provide maintenance management information.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A relevant qualification in Architectural Technology (BSc Hons, HNC, or equivalent).
- Membership with CIAT or an equivalent professional body.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in REVIT and experience with BIM (advantageous).
- Familiarity with Cobie data (advantageous).
- Strong detailing and Building Regulation knowledge.
- Experience with NBS specification software.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- A keen eye for detail and design.
