My client is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis to be based at their office in Wakefield. My client’s work are primarily Commercial and Residential masonry services.


The successful candidate will be expected to be responsible for overall commercial management of several schemes.


The ideal Candidate will have:
• HND/HNC Certificate
• CSCS Card
• Experience working with JCT contracts
• Experience within Brickwork and Construction
• Hands on experience
• Full UK drivers license
• A collaborative personality – Must be able to work as part of a team
