Anderselite is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a significant student accommodation project valued at £7 million, starting at the end of August 2024 in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in insulation strip-off, incorporating fire barriers, and recladding projects, including internal works.

Requirements:
- Qualifications:
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- Full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
- First Aid Certification
- Experience:
- Proven track record in insulation strip-off
- Experience incorporating fire barriers
- Proficient in build projects and internal works
