Site Manager required for a large bank refurbishment in the Aberystwyth area. We have a position for a Site Manager on days for 14+ weeks. The job Start date is Monday 5th August.

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a track record of working on similar type of projects.

The role will be working with a respected national main contractor. You will be a Site Manager on days with a visiting Contracts Manager who can provide assistance if needed. Your main duties will include overseeing sub-contractors, site diary, inductions, client updates and general paperwork. Must be able to use IT equipment.

You must hold a valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Card, Basic Scaffolding Inspection Ticket and Asbestos Awareness
