Job Title: Site Manager - Modular Construction in Healthcare
Location: North West, with projects across England (London to North West)
Rate: £240-£270 per day (depending on experience)

Our client, a leading modular construction company specialising in healthcare projects, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to innovative building solutions in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations and ensure project milestones are met
Manage subcontractors and coordinate with various stakeholders
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Monitor and maintain quality control standards
Liaise with clients, architects, and other professionals

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager in modular construction
Strong understanding of construction methodologies and processes
Excellent project management and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Desirable Experience:

Healthcare sector construction experience
Tier 1 contractor experience
