We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Tenant Liaison Officer to join a leading contractor that operate in and around Leeds, West Yorkshire.

About the Role:

You will be the vital link between residents and the team, ensuring a positive and informed experience throughout the improvement process on tenants properties.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building strong relationships: Establishing rapport with tenants, understanding their needs and concerns, and providing clear communication throughout the project.
Liaison and Information: Keeping residents informed of project timelines, procedures, and any potential disruptions.
Pre-project visits: Conducting pre-improvement visits to assess tenant needs, address any anxieties, and answer questions.
Post-project follow-up: Ensuring tenant satisfaction after project completion and addressing any minor snags.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of all communication with tenants and completing all necessary paperwork.
Health & Safety: Ensuring a safe work environment for both tenants and our team during improvement works.

It will be a great fit if you:

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and explain complex information in a clear and concise way.
  • Possess a strong commitment to customer service and a genuine passion for ensuring tenant satisfaction.
  • Are highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Have a positive and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in social housing or a related field is desirable but not essential.
