Contracts Manager
Location: Halifax

A leading roofing subcontractor based in Halifax is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager. This role involves overseeing roofing projects, focusing primarily on pitched roofing systems, with most of the work conducted on-site to ensure quality and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage roofing contracts, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Spend 90% of your time on-site, coordinating daily operations and liaising with clients, contractors, and site teams.
The remaining 10% of your time will be spent in the office, managing documentation, reports, and project planning.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all sites.
Manage resources, materials, and labor to optimize project efficiency.
Provide regular on-site updates to clients and communicate any changes or issues promptly.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

Either 5 years of experience in pitched roofing or 10 years of site management experience, ideally within the construction or roofing sector.
Basic IT proficiency for reporting and communication.
A valid driver’s license.
Salary and Benefits:

£40,000 - £52,000 per annum.
Company pick-up vehicle provided.
