We are currently recruiting for Front of House Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of FoH contracts for leading property management and real estate services firm in Manchester.
You'll inspire and manage a team of 10-15 receptionists across multiple properties, ensuring exceptional customer experiences for clients, occupiers, and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high service standards through audits and feedback.
- Resolve client and guest queries promptly.
- Innovate and enhance FoH service offerings.
- Coordinate site cover and manage recruitment.
- Lead and motivate team members, ensuring performance excellence.
- Monitor financials and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
- Proven team management skills across multiple sites.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Financial awareness and HR procedural knowledge.
- Proficient in MS Office, adaptable, and able to work independently.
