Anderselite are currently recruiting for a well-established environmental consultancy with over 40 years of experience, renowned for delivering innovative and sustainable solutions across the globe. With a history of successful projects spanning the UK, Ireland, the Caribbean, Europe, and the Middle East, we are a medium-sized practice dedicated to excellence in landscape architecture, planning, and environmental consultancy. We are seeking a talented and experienced Chartered Landscape Architect to join their expanding landscape team in either Swindon or Cheltenham.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Chartered Landscape Architect with 4-5 years of post-chartership experience, specializing in planning with a strong emphasis on Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA). The ideal candidate will be passionate about landscape architecture and possess the technical skills necessary to contribute to and lead a variety of planning projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage landscape planning projects, with a particular focus on LVIA, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated environmental solutions.
Prepare and present detailed landscape plans, reports, and visualizations using AutoCAD, GIS, and Adobe Suite.
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and planning authorities to develop project briefs and secure planning permissions.
Contribute to the growth and development of the landscape team, mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in landscape architecture and planning.
Requirements:

Chartered Landscape Architect (CMLI) with 4-5 years of post-chartership experience.
Extensive experience in planning, particularly in Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and Adobe Suite.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
