We are collaborating with a large consultancy who seek Landscape Architects to Senior Landscape Architects in the West Midlands. Our client currently have numerous Landscape Design and Landscape Planning roles which cover a range aof stages through the development process. We are keen to speak with individuals who have a creative mind and are eager to explore new landscape techniques and design. As well as individuals who are able to deliver LVIA's and related responsibilites such as strategic landscare design and mitigation. These individuals will be invlduals will be involved in a vast range of sectors which include Energy, Infrastructure, Commercial, Residential and more.

We are keen to speak with someone who is passionate in creating sustainable and succesful developments. The candidate will be collaborating with clients, colleagues, and the community, with the endgame to enhance environments. As well as individuals who thrive and excell in a team.

Requirements:

  • A degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Landscape Architecture
  • CMLI registered or on the Pathway 2 Chartership
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Innovative and practical design solutions, from initial sketches to detailed design, including general arrangement drawings, hard and soft construction details, schedules, and specifications to support planning applications.
  • Demonstrated expertise and experience in Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA) and Townscape and Visual Impact Assessment (TVIA), conducting feasibility studies, and contributing to promotional vision documents and strategic Green Belt or gap assessments.
  • Managing and delegation of project work to junior members of the team
  • Demonstrate successful project management and effective organisational and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • An ability to be proactive, strategic and analytical in your approach to support our client’s requirements
