Our client is a firm of Chartered Building Surveyors and Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors with offices in London, Bradford and Leeds.

Due to an increase in their current work load they are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their current team based out of their Bradford office.

The successful candidate will be working on a wide and varied range of building surveying disciplines in a commercial environment with an enviable and national client base.

Role/Responsibilities

• Contract administration
• Technical Due Diligence
• Dilapidations
• Building Pathology
• General building surveying commercial work in line with a Chartered Building Surveyor role

Skills/Experience

• Degree in Building Surveying
• Excellent and accurate report writing skills
• Experience of working in a pro-active commercial environment
• Sound knowledge of building contracts in a commercial context
