This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer service background and facilities management experience, who excels in building positive client, customer, and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage reception duties, including welcoming visitors and booking meeting rooms.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by monitoring facilities, logging faults, and managing contractors.
  • Support IT troubleshooting and oversee meeting room setup.
