SITE MANAGER

A national contractor is seeking a sensible and locally based Site Manager to take lead on a Commercial refurbishment project in Lincoln. The role will consist of overseeing the project including managing trades on site, adhering to H&S requirements, ensuring projects run on time and to budget, and ensuring works are carried to the required standards.
Previous experience in commercial and industrial refurb/fit out projects is a bonus. Must be able to read and interpret drawings accurately on site.

Requirements:
• Valid SMSTS and CSCS Card.
• Joinery/Trades background.
• First aid.
• References.

Rate will be between £250 - £260 per day and can only be paid through CIS.
