Anderselite are recruiting for a Site Supervisor to manage the external works on a student accommodation project in Nottingham.

The Role:
You will oversee the delivery of external works, including:
- A student courtyard featuring a bespoke stainless steel installation.
- Soft play areas and landscaping.
- Coordination of residential external works, ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail.
- Managing subcontractors and site staff to ensure programme and safety targets are achieved.

What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in externals site management within student accommodation, residential, or similar projects.
- Strong knowledge of bespoke materials and landscaping.
- Experience working with Tier 1 contractors.
- Excellent understanding of health and safety, quality, and programme management.
